Follow these steps to return an item:

1️⃣ Contact Us – Email sales@unifiedtrailers.com or call +1 714 707-6426 with your order number and reason for return.

2️⃣ Receive Return Authorization (RMA) – We’ll provide a Return Authorization Number and return instructions.

3️⃣ Pack & Ship the Item – Securely package the item and ship it to our return address.

4️⃣ Inspection & Refund – Once received, we will inspect the item and process your refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-7 business days.

2️⃣ Refund Policy

🔹 Full Refund – If the item is returned in original condition within 30 days.

🔹 Partial Refund – If the item shows minor signs of use or is missing parts.

🔹 No Refund – If the item is damaged, modified, or returned after the allowed period.

🚨 Important Notes:

Custom trailers, special orders, and clearance items are non-refundable.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item shipped, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
